Attacks in the home and workplace play a significant factor in the minds of persons arming themselves and obtaining Concealed Firearm Permits (CFP). However, few people truly understand how to defend either location or how to assess the physical nature of the location and plan a defense, how to identify key locations and positions to maximize their safety and the safety of their loved ones, how to use lighting as a force multiplier, and how to use deadly force in accordance with the law and sound procedure. This course combines situational events with force-on-force marking munitions and a “shoot-don’t shoot” simulator to provide the attendee with the latest concepts for defending against intruders in the home and workplace. The attendee will leave the course with an understanding of what it means to “fight” in those locations.
